Warranty and Refunds Policy


We are striving to make your purchasing experience as pleasant  as possible so please advise the nature of the problem to the seller at email support@edsonlinshop.com before returning the item. Return shipping cost, in most cases will be for the buyers account.

Note: All items are carefully checked before shipping and the items are 100% new and original

Returns & Refund Guarantee:

Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by the seller for every product we sell. When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us at email: support@edsonlineshop.com  to resolve the problem. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and we will agree a partial refund with the factory on your behalf.

Scope of Guarantee:

All products have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the manufacturer can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them

Guaranteed Protection Period & Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests:

You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by advising us per email: support@edsonlineshop.com  Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

Return Shipping Fee

If it agreed agreed with the manufacturer to return your item, it will be at the seller’s shipping terms. If the seller pays the return shipping fee, please make sure you first agree on the shipping method and how the seller will pay you back the shipping fee. Most manufacturers will however insist that items be returned the buyer’s cost

On-time Delivery

All sellers are required to guarantee that their products are delivered on time, this is also known as On-time Delivery. On each product page you can find within how many days a seller ships out a product and within how many days this product should be delivered. On-time Delivery starts the moment the seller has shipped out the product. If you have purchased anything, but didn’t receive it within the seller’s guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

Scope of Delivery Guarantee

All products are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia, 120 days for deliveries to Brazil). Parcels however are delivered much quicker. If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don’t receive your order on time.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Exceptional circumstances outside the control of the seller
